LA District Tower

The idea for the Los Angeles district Tower was born from the need to maximize the living space available in the city grid.

The concept of verticalisation of the typical neighborhood allows us to have conditions of quality and
liveability of the house comparable to those of single-family units such as independence and private open
space, maintaining the dignity of living and guaranteeing new characteristics such as the view onto the city, the presence of natural light and the use of common areas for recreational and educational purposes.

The district Tower is therefore not an apartment tower but rather a small vertical neighborhood
where social dynamics develop in the same space that occupies a single plot of land used for a single-family villa.
